About Us
Outreach Hannover is a non-governmental, not-for-profit association of persons from different countries and nationalities who have come together around a common goal. Our main priorities are the promotion of human rights and civil participation, civil activism, youth education and work, adult education and promotion of inclusion, and the promotion of environmental awareness and alternative energy. Our founders and active members have extensive experience in youth work, adult education, and social entrepreneurship, and have participated in numerous projects in areas such as non-formal education, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, active citizenship, and communication skills. We have implemented several KA2 Strategic partnership projects as the applicant organisation on a European level, and have also partnered on several KA2 and KA1 projects. Our work is focused on empowering youth workers, promoting the culture of acceptance and social inclusion, and intercultural dialogue.
While OH is experienced in European cooperation, its activities are grounded in continuous local community-based work, developed in close cooperation with cultural, educational and faith-based actors in Hannover. Read more...
